My stress doesn’t ‘Snowball’ anymore, I can identify with myself and my feelings/surroundings and calm myself down, have acceptance and move on with things.
This course has helped me recognise negative thoughts, habitual things that have been ingrained, and given me ways to manage stress in that moment.
The course has given me headspace, to be more self-aware, opened up to be more creative.
This has given me tools to implement, focus on breathing, being more aware of how I react or don’t react.
