Ongoing Practice Sessions

Practice sessions are held monthly around the State in the North, North-West and the South and are facilitated by an MPA Mindfulness teacher. These sessions are a way to support or re-invigorate your practice, catch up with previous participants, practice with like-minded people, and a course facilitator is available for answering any questions you may have. In addition, all previous course participants are invited back to all of the 6 hr Days of Mindfulness that are run around the state, with many previous participants commenting on just how valuable these are for helping to sustain their home practice.
