As yoga or mindful movement is part of the evidence based MBSR program, MPA also offers yoga classes as a way to enhance the mind/body connection and offers other opportunities for learning how to move into stillness. Yoga exercises increase strength, flexibility and posture alignment and this is invaluable when developing a sitting practice for meditation. Classes are held at Yoga For You in Devonport and cater for every-body and limitations.
