To request account deletion, please follow the steps below:

1. Compose an email with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
2. In the body of the email, please provide the following information:
   • Your full name (as registered in the app)
   • The email address associated with your account
   • Your app username (if different from your email address)
3. Send the email to admin@mindfulnessaus.com.au.

Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account within 30 days. Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data, including your activity and downloads, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
