Guided Practices For Your Wellbeing

We have created these audio and video files of mindfulness practices and other psychological strategies to support you during these unprecedented times. There are some short practices for on the go stress release and help with shifting your mood, practices to support living mindfully and longer practices to help with regulation and sleep. Listen whenever you like and you might find that after a few listens you automatically take the skills with you into your day. We are continually adding to these so keep checking back!

Why Mindfulness?
