Water Under The Bridge
A Mindfulness Research Project
Water Under the Bridge is a research project by Mindfulness Programs Australasia and the University of Tasmania to find out what happens downstream for those who complete our Mindfulness Courses.
The research will seek participant take-aways after 9 years of Primary Health Tasmania funded Mindfulness Courses in Tasmania.
Undertake the Survey
You are invited to take part in a unique research project to find out what happens for Tasmanians who completed Mindfulness Courses delivered by Mindfulness Programs Australasia, and funded by PHT, for the past 9 years. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to conduct this research in partnership with UTAS. We aim to present our findings for Mental Health week in 2026. These results will help shape the way Mindfulness can continue to contribute to the health and wellness of Tasmanians for many years to come!
If you have previously undertaken an MPA course and would like to be involved in the study you will find a link below for the Participant Information Sheet and the Survey. Please note that the Participant Information Sheet must be read prior to undertaking the Survey. If you have any questions regarding the Survey then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
This study has been approved by the University of Tasmania Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC 40318).
