If you’ve completed a course with us, we regularly offer in-person and online reconnection sessions.

Refresh Your Self 3 hour mini Retreats are held monthly at venues around the State. They are free of charge and available to those who have completed a Mindfulness course with us. Bookings required: see the list below for currently available sessions.


 
We also offer monthly 20 minute online practice sessions for all graduates to join, known as BetterTogether@7
Join the zoom link below at 7am on the first day of every month to enjoy a fresh and relaxing practice led by one of our teachers.
 
BetterTogether@7 online events are available for adults living in Tasmania who have completed one of our courses. No registration needed: just turn up!

We’re excited to announce the launch of Water Under the Bridge, a research project by Mindfulness Programs Australasia and the University of Tasmania to find out what happens downstream for those who complete our Mindfulness Courses.

The research will seek participant take-aways after 9 years of Primary Health Tasmania funded Mindfulness Courses in Tasmania.

If you have previously completed a course with us we would love for you to be involved. The survey is completely anonymous. Check out all the details and the survey link here.


 

Watch out for our Statewide Mindful Musters! These 6 hour events gather our Mindful community from across the state, to practice together, learn new mindfulness skills in our workshops with our teachers, and build a sense of community and support for one another on your journey to meet life’s challenges with skillfully and with greater calm and ease. These will be advertised in the table below and registrations are required.
