Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Health Professionals

2 Hour Brief Strategy Sessions

We offer free two hour sessions covering the key science around what makes us tick, how to understand ourselves and others and why we react the way we do.

Prepared by a Clinical Psychologist, the sessions also include practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety and depression and we are able to tailor these to suit your need.
