Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction ONLINE - Tuesday mornings

Join Clinical Psychologist, Miranda Stephens in our 8 week program on Tuesday mornings 10am till midday from your own home commencing July 21, 2020. In a small group connecting via zoom, learn practical strategies for reducing stress and engage in conversations that make a difference. $595 pp.

2 Hour Brief Strategy Sessions

We offer free two hour sessions covering the key science around what makes us tick, how to understand ourselves and others and why we react the way we do.

Prepared by a Clinical Psychologist, the sessions also include practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety and depression and we are able to tailor these to suit your need.

Minimum numbers are required to go ahead so please contact us if your organization or community group are interested.
