Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting for the Mindful Wellbeing App

Yes, you can. You can download tracks by clicking on the category, then clicking on the download icon to the right of the track you wish to download.

If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it following these instructions: open the app, click “Login”, enter your email in the “Email” field, and then click “Forgotten your password?”. You’ll then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

If you are already logged into the app but want to change your password, you can do so by clicking the “Change password” button on the profile screen.

Your account does not sync between devices. This means that if you sign in on your phone and then download the app on your iPad or tablet, you will have to sign in again. Your downloads also do not sync, as you might not want to download the same tracks on each device. You are welcome to download the tracks on each device individually.

Does the app not look correct on your device? If the text looks too large (ie. words are taking up two lines) then you might have the text size on your phone turned up or have “Zoom” on. This can mean the app is being increased in size by your phone/tablet, and is not something we control.

However, if you think the app is not displaying correctly and it’s not that the font size is too big, please send us an email at admin@mindfulnessaus.com.au so we can investigate.

If you’re playing tracks and find they are stopping part way through, it is likely an internet issue. Try downloading tracks and then playing them from your downloads instead.

Keep in mind, the more tracks you download, the more space taken up on your phone. However, if you download a track, listen to it, and no longer need it downloaded, you can delete it by clicking on the trash bin icon on the downloads page.
