How this works
These materials are provided to support participants who miss a session and wish to catch up and continue their practice.
Each week’s page is password protected to help keep the course progression aligned with the group.
- Passwords: Your facilitator will provide a password in class, and it will also be emailed to participants. Note, there will be a separate password for each week.
- Access: Each weekly page uses a different password. You’ll receive access week by week.
- Availability: Materials will be made available progressively across the program and may be updated over time.
