OK, so the name of this blog is a little optimistic. At 7am on 1st July, the sun was not yet up, but 24 of us met online anyway, for a practice that made space for the coming spring, even while sitting in the dark of a frosty morning! The seeds of the future growth are always planted long before, and each time you come to sit, or take a pause, or SIFT your experience, you are sending ripples of intention into the coming moments or yours and other lives. Take care of the moments, and the years take care of themselves.

Feel free to play that recording from that BT7 whenever and where ever you like: like our lives, the recording isn’t perfect and the Midland Highway sound can be heard behind it, but that’s just more material for us to practice with, being present to the pleasant and the unpleasant and the neutral, as our experiences create the tapestries of our lives.
