After completing a Mindfulness course, it can feel grounding to pause. Reconnect with the practices that support everyday wellbeing. That’s why we’re offering a special opportunity to refresh your mindfulness journey in George Town!
This free 3-hour Mini Mindfulness Retreat is designed to gently revisit the skills you’ve already learned. The retreat creates space to deepen your practice in a supportive group setting. With guidance from Caroline, you’ll be invited to slow down. Notice more fully, and restore balance.
