Ever wanted to know what we actually do in a 3 hr online Day of Mindfulness? Well, we pretty well do similar things to an inperson Day of Mindfulness…we get to experience familiar practices in new ways, and some new practices that expand on the ideas we learn in the course. We are getting the recordings of the guided practices prepared so we can can put these on the website as well, so if you want to experience the ‘Day’ in bite sized chunks, you are more than welcome to! And we would love to hear your feedback on some of the new practices mentioned in this handout.
These Days of Mindfulness are opportunities to let yourself sink a little deeper into being present with yourself and with the environment around you wherever you are, and are a terrific way to refresh tired bodies and minds and hearts.
